You have roughly 8 seconds to grab a patients interest on your clinic website before they go elsewhere. If your website takes forever to load because of large image files, it’s time to optimise your pictures and improve the speed of your website. There is a free program for Mac users called ImageOptim, available from http://imageoptim.com/ which reduces the file size of your pictures and maintains the picture quality. Great program, hard to believe its free.
